We are here to take on your wedding planning so you can enjoy the big day stress free. With our experience in wedding coordinating and planning in middle Tennessee, we will guide you through the wedding process to create your unique celebration. K&K packages range in involvement and flexibility so you can get exactly what you're looking for and we can dive into what we're passionate about. We want you to be at ease and fill your wedding with contagious bliss while we work out all the details behind the scenes.

Depending on your personality, planning and coordinating a wedding can be way too overwhelming or be the perfect outlet for all that excitement. Either way, we are here to help. We offer Packages ranging in involvement that can be customized to meet your needs. If you have done all the planning and coordinating and just want someone to show up to ensure everything hums along like clockwork, Day of Wedding Coordinating is also an option.

Sapphire

This package begins 30 days out from the wedding day and is aimed at couples who have handled the bulk of the planning. We carry a wedding day rescue bag just in case. Services include a complimentary consultation, vendor referral list, phone calls and emails to discuss plans, walk through of the venue(s), vendor coordination, schedule vendor’s day of arrival times, customized timeline of the wedding day, customized reception and ceremony layout, review vendor contracts, ceremony rehearsal, assisting vendors as needed, setting up personal decor items, assuring reception, cocktail, and ceremony sites are set up, orchestrating ceremony processional. We will confirm that the wedding party has bouquets and boutonnieres, the appropriate individuals have the wedding bands, and the officiant receives the marriage license. We’ll also distribute final payments to vendors on your behalf day of the wedding (including gratuities) and initiate any scheduled formalities. (grand entrance, first dance, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, open dance floor, send off, etc.)

Ruby

Three months out from the wedding day (90 days), couples will get assistance with the last loose ends of their planning. The biggest benefit to this Package is you will have more time with us to walk through your wedding day as you have planned it. We will make sure all those details are set to make your day into what you have envisioned, while managing that budget. All services under the Sapphire Package are included in the Ruby Package. We provide design and budget guidance, up to 5 meetings to discuss progress and planning, and email reminders for final vendor payments. At the end of the night, we assist in packing up personal items such as décor, guest book, card box, etc.. We will attend any final vendor meetings as requested, assist in booking last minute vendors, and communicate with and update orders of booked vendors as needed.

Diamond

When couples are ready to start planning for their wedding day, we will listen to their vision and get started! This All Inclusive Package is for couples who need an extra pair of hands to help keep them on track and ready for their big day. Services include what is listed under the Sapphire and Ruby Packages. In addition, we will keep you up to date on wedding planning tasks, recommend possible venues and vendors, get quotes from and negotiate with vendors, schedule and attend vendor meetings upon request, 6-10 meetings to discuss plans, wedding day coordination, notifying couples when vendor payments are due, room block and transportation scheduling, RSVP and invitation assistance, and personal wedding website updating upon request.
